The Bosques Verdes Foundation has signed a cooperation agreement with the Regional Autonomous Corporation (CAR) of Cundinamarca , which reaffirms its role as an authorized technical environmental operator for the development of ecological restoration actions, planting of native species, and environmental education in the department. This memorandum strengthens institutional coordination and recognizes the Foundation as a reliable and qualified actor to execute projects aligned with current environmental policies, including Law 2173 of 2021 (Tree Law) , which requires the support of duly authorized operators.
